Our Story
Neil Funsch has 28 + years in the business but who’s counting! He has done most jobs in the industry: processing, originating, ownership in a mortgage brokerage, mortgage banking and in general doing what it takes to get loans done.
As someone who provides financing for people buying or refinancing homes, he realizes the vital position he holds in the lives of his borrowers and the economy at large. With that privilege comes the responsibility to help his clients to realize their dreams and to the investors to provide them with quality loans.
Neil moved from St Louis, the Gateway to the West, to the actual West in 1990 and now has 30 years invested in becoming a native. Reading history, outdoor activities, yoga and yoga trips to foreign lands (His wife Diane runs yoga retreats…this year it’s Ireland!), volunteer work, 3 children and 4 grandkids keep him mostly occupied and out of trouble.
